1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions, together with 57bet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (both of which are incorporated herein by reference), form the entire agreement between you and 57bet with respect to your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
57bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 57bet will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to use 57bet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your Account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.

- You have not previously had a 57bet account closed for breach of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 57bet employee or contractor.
- You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, compulsion, or the influence of a substance that impairs your judgment.
57bet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable time frame may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
3. Account Registration & Eligibility
To access the full range of services on 57bet — including placing wagers, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a valid Account. The registration process requires you to supply accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a preferred payment method.
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register only one Account with 57bet. Operating, accessing, or benefiting from more than one Account — regardless of whether the additional accounts are registered in the same name or under a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 57bet employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 57bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers placed from those accounts, and withhold any outstanding balances pending a full investigation.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account. 57bet will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been carried out by you personally. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 57bet support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that your Account can be secured.
3.3 KYC Verification
57bet applies a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered Accounts. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile operator statement dated within the last three months).

3.4 Account Currency

If a payment is initiated in a foreign currency by your payment provider, conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Limits

There is no fixed maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts; however, accounts that have not completed full KYC verification are subject to a cumulative deposit cap of ৳50,000 until identity documents are submitted and approved. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following standard processing timelines:

The minimum withdrawal amount for mobile financial service methods is ৳500. 57bet reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above ৳1,00,000 in a single transaction or ৳5,00,000 within any rolling 30-day period.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
All Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements (see Section 5) before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of those Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
57bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general terms below and a promotion-specific set of terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who register a valid 57bet Account and complete their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the Welcome Bonus as advertised on the Platform at the time of registration. The Welcome Bonus is credited to a player's Account as Bonus Funds and is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The Welcome Bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited; any unused portion will expire automatically at the end of this period.
5.2 General Bonus Conditions
- Only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus Funds are separate from real-money Balance. Real-money Balance is used first in all wagers unless the Player explicitly selects Bonus Funds play where that option is available.

- 57bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or suspicious wagering patterns.
- Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Using bonuses in conjunction with systematic arbitrage, matched betting, or low-margin wagering strategies designed primarily to clear wagering requirements may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
- Seasonal promotions linked to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day will carry their own validity windows and minimum deposit thresholds as stated in each offer's individual promotional terms.
5.3 Reload and Ongoing Promotions
Reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and other ongoing promotions are available to existing players subject to eligibility criteria determined by 57bet at its sole discretion. Eligibility may be based on account activity, deposit history, or participation in specific game categories. 57bet will communicate available promotions to eligible players via in-platform notifications and registered email addresses.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on 57bet are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or event type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market they participate in before placing a wager. General betting rules that apply across all products on the Platform are set out below.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A wager is not confirmed until you have received a clear on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. 57bet reserves the right to decline or void any wager that has been placed as a result of a technical error, manifest odds error, or system malfunction. Where a wager is voided by 57bet for any of the above reasons, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's real-money Balance in full.
6.2 Odds and Markets
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and are subject to change at any time up to the point of bet confirmation. 57bet offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets across cricket, football, virtual sports, and other categories. Outright betting markets — including tournament winner, top run-scorer, player of the series, and relegation betting — are available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and selected football competitions.
6.3 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to faster odds movements and may be suspended or removed without notice during live events. 57bet does not guarantee the continuous availability of any in-play market. Bets placed during a network interruption, connection dropout, or documented system issue will be processed based on the odds and market status recorded by the 57bet server at the time the bet instruction was received — not the odds displayed on the client device at the time of placement.
6.4 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games and slot titles available on 57bet use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game's developer (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, or others) and are audited independently. 57bet does not modify the RNG or RTP settings of any third-party game. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the server-side log, the server-side log shall be treated as the definitive record.
6.5 Void and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event or virtual event on which a wager has been placed is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, or declared void by the relevant governing body (e.g., BPL, ICC, FIFA), all affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's real-money Balance. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 57bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.
Account & Identity Violations
- Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a third-party identity.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC.
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
- Registering an Account if you are under 18 years of age or on behalf of a minor.
Fraud & Abuse
- Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
- Engaging in chargeback fraud, payment reversal fraud, or any form of payment dispute abuse.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
- Using automated betting bots, scripts, or software to place wagers without human intervention.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market offered on 57bet.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering activity through deposits, wagers, or withdrawals on the Platform.
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
- Circumventing geographic restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing 57bet staff members through any communication channel.
- Deliberately attempting to damage, disable, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure through any method.
57bet employs automated fraud detection systems and human review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any of the above activities will be notified of the action taken where legally permissible. 57bet's decisions regarding prohibited conduct are final and binding.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Suspension by 57bet
57bet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:
- A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent Account activity has been detected.
- A pending KYC verification or compliance review requires the Account to be placed on hold.
- A valid legal request, court order, or regulatory directive requires the Account to be restricted.
- Technical maintenance or a security vulnerability requires temporary restriction of the Account or Platform access generally.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money Balance held in the Account will be preserved and not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the Balance was obtained through prohibited conduct, in which case 57bet reserves the right to withhold the relevant funds pending further review.
8.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your 57bet Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Before an Account can be closed, any outstanding real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold must be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days of receipt.
8.3 Responsible Gaming Closure
Players who wish to close their Account as a responsible gaming measure may request self-exclusion for a defined period (between 24 hours and 12 months) or permanent account closure. 8.4 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 57bet will notify the registered email address associated with a dormant Account before any administrative action is taken. If no response is received within 30 days of such notification, 57bet reserves the right to close the dormant Account and hold any remaining real-money Balance in trust for the account holder for a further period of 24 months, after which unclaimed balances may be subject to administrative fees as set out in 57bet's dormant account policy.
Additional Provisions
Intellectual Property
All content on the 57bet Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game assets, text, data, and the overall design of the Platform — is the property of 57bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 57bet content without the prior written consent of 57bet.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 57bet's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms, the Platform, or any service offered through the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 57bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, any dispute between you and 57bet should be directed to the 57bet support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant territory for final resolution. 57bet's decisions on matters of Platform operation, bet settlement, and account management are final pending any formal legal challenge.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 57bet with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
